Thomas DeLoache

Thomas has over 12 years of investment banking and capital markets experience with an extensive track record across IPOs, follow-on offerings, At-The-Market offerings, PIPEs, SPACs, and equity-linked transactions. Thomas has executed over 400 financing transactions during his career. Prior to joining CCM, Thomas was most recently an Investment Banking Director at D. Boral Capital and a senior member of the U.S. Equity Capital Markets group at Scotiabank before that. Thomas started his career at Wells Fargo Securities, where he spent 7 years on the Equity Capital Markets team focused on the Energy & Power sector.

Thomas holds a BA in Finance, Economics, and Spanish from Wofford College. Thomas lives in Stamford, CT with his wife and three children.
