Felix Burmeister

Managing Director, Technology Investment Banking

Felix is a seasoned finance executive with nearly 20 years of investment banking experience. He leads our Technology investment banking practice, with a particular focus on AutoTech, Mobility and Physical AI, advising high-growth companies on M&A, capital markets, SPAC and PIPE transactions. Prior to CCM, Felix was at CODE Advisors, where he provided sell-side M&A and private placement advisory services to high-growth technology companies. Prior to CODE Advisors, Felix was at Wells Fargo Securities covering technology companies executing M&A advisory, private capital markets, equity capital markets and debt capital markets transactions.

Felix has an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of California, San Diego and a certificate from the BASE program at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.

Felix is a San Francisco Bay Area native where he currently lives with his wife and two children.
